Sitting at the top of the "Grand Canyon" of Yellowstone.
Note Rebecca's two broken arms! She had just gotten one out of a cast, and we left on vacation, only to fall the first night and break it
again and the other one! The only girl who has broken three arms in one summer! We stayed in the Stosich cabin just outside of West Yellowstone!Wilderness Love
Dad loved the outdoors. Whether it was the heat of the tennis court, the sun on his shoulders in the TR6, or the crispness of the forest air, he found inspiration and great pleasure in being in the beautiful outdoors. He brought this love to our home with the antiques and unique old western decorations. Wagon wheels adorn the front and back yards and even a few rooms inside. Ghostly animal skulls hanging on the fence spooked us a few times and we teased unsuspecting friends with them! The family room, full of antiques and other western decor
had dad's special touch: deep red shag carpet that we used to rake to fluff up, red glass lamps with crystals hanging from the shades we a special touch. They turned on with a brass key. An antique wall telephone complete with hand piece was rescued from our beloved Pine Top, and brass ship's bells from one of his excursions, hangs on the wall . A giant white polar bear rug and soft bobcat fur adorn the room as well. And on the far wall, Dad and his daughters lined their tennis trophies up for an impressive display!!
